1. Product Accuracy & Representation
- Handcrafted Nature: Many of our decor pieces are artisanal. You acknowledge that slight variations in wood grain, ceramic texture, or hand-painted details are unique characteristics and not defects.
- Color Display: We photograph our products in professional studio lighting. The actual product color may vary slightly depending on your home’s lighting (warm vs. cool) and your device’s screen settings.
2. Ordering & Pricing
- Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately for a refund or replacement.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
3. Shipping & Fragile Handling
- Nationwide Delivery: We ship across Pakistan.
- Fragile Surcharge: Some highly delicate items (mirrors, glass vases, large ceramics) may require special wooden crating. Any additional crating fees will be clearly communicated before dispatch.
- Inspection Policy: Due to the fragile nature of decor, customers are required to inspect the parcel exterior at the time of delivery. If the box is severely crushed or leaking (for liquids/candles), please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
4. Breakage Protection (DOA)
- We guarantee that our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If an item arrives broken, it is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA).
- To claim a replacement for a broken item, you must provide an unboxing video as proof within 12 hours of delivery.
5. Proper Use & Liability
- Deccordirect.store is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, such as:
- Placing indoor-only decor in outdoor/humid environments.
- Overloading wall-mounted shelves beyond weight limits.
- Using abrasive cleaners on delicate finishes.
- Our products are intended for decorative use; please keep small decor items out of reach of children to avoid choking hazards.
6. Cancellations & Returns
- Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.
- Post-Dispatch: Once an item is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
- Returns: Due to the high risk of breakage during return transit, we do not accept “Change of Mind” returns for fragile items like mirrors, glass, or ceramics once they have been delivered safely.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site, including images, logo designs, and product descriptions, is the property of Deccordirect.store. Unauthorized use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Karachi.
